Account Manager/Relationship Manager

Our core platform assesses mental health and substance use risk in patients and provides measured outcomes using algorithms and a proprietary scoring system developed in response to a need for clinicians to have the ability to accurately evaluate, predict, monitor, and provide optimal care for patients suffering from a variety of conditions.

Summary:

Account Managers at Tridiuum work directly with clinicians and health system administrators to support their delivery of excellent mental health and substance use care to patients in Adult and Pediatric Behavioral Health, Oncology, and Primary Care every day. This is a dynamic role at Tridiuum, vital to communicating customer needs and feedback to the Product Development team, as well as ensuring product acceptance by customers. The candidate’s first major project will involve a national health organization implementation of our platform, Tridiuum1.

This position involves project management, business management and customer relationship management with assigned client accounts.  The Account Manager will serve as a point of contact for Tridiuum clients, addressing account questions and customer service issues and coordinating resources to meet client needs. We are looking to fill two new Account Manager roles: one available for East Coast customers, one available for West Coast customers. You may apply to one or both positions by applying once.

 Responsibilities:

  • Organize and run meetings between customers and appropriate Tridiuum staff to ensure projects are hitting key milestones
  • Manage day-to-day customer support, utilization and consumer satisfaction
  • Create weekly status report detailing any implementation delays, account concerns, and milestones
  • Assist with product testing and training customers
  • Translate account feedback into product requirements
  • Assist with documentation of custom product enhancements related to products
  • Be available within customer’s time zone when needed (9am-5pm ET or PT) and when IT testing requires (9pm-11pm ET or PT)
  • Assist with special projects & functions as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

 Requirements:

  • B.S. or B.A. in Science-related field (Healthcare-related or Psychology preferred)
  • 5 years Account Management Experience, preferred
  • Travel required – up to 50%
  • Effective multi-tasking with a “can do” attitude, self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and training customers
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and oral and written communication skills.
  • Professionalism, Strong presentation skills and Excellent decision-making skills.
  • Flexibility and excellent decision making ability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
