Tridiuum is looking for two Customer Success Managers to join our team

Our core platform assesses mental health and substance use risk in patients and provides measured outcomes using algorithms and a proprietary scoring system developed in response to a need for clinicians to have the ability to accurately evaluate, predict, monitor, and provide optimal care for patients suffering from a variety of conditions.

Customer Success Managers at Tridiuum facilitate the successful integration of Tridiuum into the relationship between clinicians and health system administrators and their patients, to deliver excellent behavioral healthcare. You’ll engage with clinicians in a number of healthcare sectors including Adult and Pediatric Behavioral Health, Oncology, and Primary Care every day, leading real change in delivery of Feedback Informed Care—a gold-standard in healthcare. Your ability to dynamically communicate customer needs and feedback to the Product Development team, educate customers on the product, and facilitate a positive relationship will directly impact the lives of patients.

What Does This Role Look Like:

• Effectively set expectations with customers to ensure satisfaction with product and services

•Manage day-to-day customer support for your clients to increase utilization and consumer satisfaction

•Stay current and involved in monitoring the health of the customer account and keep the team informed of important updates and concerns

•Translate account feedback into product enhancements with the assistance of the Product & Development teams

•Assist with executing on special projects to drive the business and innovation in the marketplace

•Contribute to the team’s success in a fast-paced, growing, and constantly adaptive work environment by thinking creatively about ways to improve daily processes and procedures

•Onboard customers to the product during in-person and/or virtual training to ensure their understanding and excitement utilizing the product


•Background and/or working understanding of clinical behavioral health practices

•B.S. or B.A. earned

•Account Management/ Customer Success Experience, preferred

•Travel required – up to 25% for customer assignment

•Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint

•Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and oral and written communication skills

•Professionalism, strong presentation skills and excellent decision-making skills
