OPEN MINDS Highlights Tridiuum and New Directions Combination

Technology-Enabled Behavioral Health Services

OPEN MINDS recently shared the announcement about the new partnership that has combined Tridiuum and New Directions Behavioral Health. In the news report, the firm informed its subscribers that Shana Hoffman, President & CEO of New Directions Behavioral Health, will continue in her role for the combined company, and Mark Redlus will serve as the president of Tridiuum as part of New Directions.

Highlights of the report also include the benefits of the transaction, built on the companies’ demonstrated success with a Florida-based program involving 100 behavioral health provider organizations. In just five weeks, more than 450 individuals in the program were screened, with the average speed to first appointment averaging approximately four days — much less than the current standard of care, which averages 25 days.

Together, the two companies are unlocking access to care through technology-enabled behavioral health services. The Tridiuum ONE® platform has been used by more than 1.4 million consumers and more than 11,000 provider organizations, and New Directions has 15 million covered lives across the United States, the report notes.
