The members of the Advisory Board include:
Rick Anthony, Principal at Vanbridge LLC, the New York-based insurance intermediary, capital advisory, insurance and reinsurance management firm. He has more than 30 years of experience in the design, funding, administration and communication of solutions to benefit plan costs while improving employee health management. He has held senior management positions at both Aon and Marsh as well as an equity long/short hedge fund.
Joseph Hoban, Senior Business Development Executive 4C Health, experienced healthcare executive with an expansive network in both public and private healthcare provider organizations. Skilled in strategic planning, business development, startups, mergers, acquisitions and joint venture formation. Joe has implemented proven strategies in marketing, service differentiation, lead sourcing, pipeline development, sales and revenue growth.
Don Parker, President/CEO Carrier Clinic, served as the Vice President for Physician Services and Ambulatory Care at St. Joseph’s Health System. Previously, Don was President / CEO of Atlantic Mental Health for 15 years and subsequently merged into the AtlantiCare Health System. At AtlantiCare, he served in multiple leadership roles, including V.P. of Business Development and President of AtlantiCare Health Services, where he developed and provided leadership to over 20 ambulatory businesses with 42 locations. Don’s capstone accomplishment at AtlantiCare was his participation on the Leadership Team of the Health System as it earned and was awarded the Malcolm Baldrige Award, a Presidential recognition for quality and achievement. He was also the Chief Operating Officer and a Partner for a Health Care Consulting firm, Carlisle and Associates.
Stuart Segal, President/CEO Strategic Solutions, served as managing director of the Novotorium, a health care business incubator and angel funding organization where he was responsible for strategy, business development funding decisions. He is actively engaged in tech transfer programs at the University of Pennsylvania and assists early stage companies, including capital raises. Stu has also served as CEO or COO of several other ventures, including the head of the disease management and wellness business of a Blue Cross plan, Sr. VP of the nation’s largest specialty health management company and Chief Strategy Officer for a major provider of medical services.
